Today was Zack's last day of school... *tear* That really is very sad, since now I don't have anyone to drag with me to soccer games and Starbucks. Yesterday a bunch of people and I went to Friday's for a going away party, and everyone except me (and Zack, obviously) thought the waiter was really hot (he wasn't ugly, but he definitely wasn't as good looking as they thought he was).

Ahhhh, East prom! This was an awesome night. I had a great time, and so did the people I was with. I had dinner around 7 at Robby's house with his friends Evelyn and Justin. Robby made lasagna, which was really good, by the way. Robby is the Italian chef master. While were there, his mom did the usual picture thing that moms do. We had a bunch of pics on the stairs, of course. None in front of the fireplace though.
We went to Justin's after that for more picture-taking fun and merriment. He had to grab his tickets, too, which are a good thing to have. Then we finally were off.
The place wasn't nearly as extravagant as I expected. They did have a few ice sculptures though. They were panthers of course. However, the place where it was at was about as big (maybe a little bigger) than where Morp was. Oh well. It was still great anyways. I met a bunch of Robby's friends that I hadn't seen in awhile, and I didn't remember alot of them but they remembered me. Some of them knew me from when I went to East and sat in his English class. I said to hey to Sco and Cheese... I seem to run into them more than most of his other friends.
The prom actually ended at midnight, but we decided to go to his school where they had this thing called East After Hours. Basically what they did was give us some fake money, and we gambled with it at makeshift casino tables. Luckily the games were rigged so that people won alot. Robby and I pooled our money, and by the end of the night we had somewhere around $52,000. With the money, people can bid on things that were going in silent auctions. Everything we bid for was outbid by more money than we had, so we didn't get anything. We felt defeated by the end of the night and gave the rest of our money to Sco. He won his bid on a CD player/radio type thing. It makes sense that he won it, since he had about $100,000 with our money and his combined. They also gave out scholarships. 59 of them, to be exact. It took FOREVER to give them out- everyone was supposed to leave at 4:30 but since the scholarship thing dragged on, we didn't actually leave until about 5:00.
After it was over, we went to Justin's house. It was 5:30 by the time we got there and we were all dead tired. Evelyn went home because she lived nearby, but Robby and I slept at Justin's house to make things easier on us. I had to sleep in my dress, which surprisingly wasn't too uncomfortable.
All in all, it was a great night. I'm glad I got to experience Robby's senior prom with him, which is pretty much the last big event his school is going to have before graduation. Life goes by way too fast, doesn't it?
